About Saraswati
Foundation
A fully registered, autonomous, non-political and non-governmental social
organization working for children’s education, protection and dignity since 2014.
Our story
Rooted in Boudha, working across Kathmandu.
Established in 2014 (2071 BS), Saraswati Foundation is a non-profit, public welfare social organization based in Boudha, Kathmandu. We believe that education is the light of knowledge.
Our mission is to uplift socially and economically backward children — including orphans, those from conflict-affected families, and marginalized communities — by ensuring their fundamental rights to education, healthcare, and a safe upbringing
A dignified, self-reliant life should not depend on where a child is born.
Our Vision & Mission
-- Our Vision
To create a society where every child, regardless of their socio-economic background has access to quality education, healthcare and the opportunity to lead a dignified, self-reliant life.
-- Our Mission
To uplift orphaned, helpless and underprivileged children in Nepal through intellectual growth, proper educational management and skill-based vocational training – protecting child rights, eradicating child exploitation, and fostering independent capable citizens.
